Nicholas Jenkins Associates was formed in 1977, providing executive and management recruitment solutions. The majority of our work is client based and undertaken on a retained, sole agency basis. We see ourselves as solvers of client needs. Through experience, understanding and giving a personal service, we tailor our services to each particular need. A tailored, bespoke approach to assignments means that all fees are agreed on an individual project basis and confirmed in writing.

In February 2002 we acquired Brian Ford Powell Executive Recruitment, a specialist in recruitment for Point of Sale, Point of Purchase and Retail Design.

Before we commence an assignment we like to visit the client to discuss the requirement. We will agree a written proposal, which will include our understanding and recommended method for solving the client's need with timescales, fees, costs and any guarantees.

We work across industries and disciplines, recruiting up to and including Board level appointments. We have a reputation for finding the 'non existent' candidate. Our expertise is knowing how and where to look to identify candidates.

Our senior Director has been involved in recruitment and career advice since 1972, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and member of the Institute of Directors. Experience has been in the start up and successful running of companies in the three main recruitment areas of executive search, advertised recruitment and database. This is a rare combination placing the company in a unique position when advising employers on their recruitment needs and methods.
