Executive Search (Headhunting):
Methodical and discreet method to identify and inform potentially suitable quality candidates of a career opportunity that could be of benefit and interest to them.
Targeted verbal advertisement on behalf of the client company and most beneficial when used for key/sensitive appointments or in scarce resource markets.
An additional benefit often arising from Search, is market information and knowledge which may not otherwise have been gathered.
Advertised selection:
Most appropriate in markets where it is difficult to target potential candidates. Additionally it can be used to assist corporate branding and communication.
Selection can be combined with other recruitment methods. It is suitable for all disciplines and levels of management to Board level.
Advertising copy is written by us and we book and purchase media space. We work closely with our virtual in-house advertising agency.
Timescale aimed for to produce a shortlist is 20 working days.
Response handling:
We undertake the sourcing of candidates and administration of the recruitment process. The client only meets those candidates of interest while, if necessary, remaining anonymous to the others.
We will undertake:
Suitable in areas such as:
- Advertising copy writing
- Recommend media
- Book and purchase media space
- Filter and administer response
- Acknowledge letters and CV's
- Paper select candidates
- Forward CV's to client
- Write and post 'reject' letters
- Handle administration on candidates to be interviewed by client up to offer and acceptance if required.
Companies purchasing consultancy on a time or 'menu' basis.
Anonymity required by client.
A volume response is required
Lower level posts where a fully retained consultancy assignment may not be cost effective or appropriate.
Recruitment Process:
On all the above, and any other project, we would:
- Visit the client to discuss the need
- Proposal document would be submitted
- Undertake the assignment/project as agreed
- Shortlist candidates (where appropriate)
- Stay involved to "offer and acceptance"
- Review completed project with client as part of continuous improvement
- Maintain contact as 'after sales'.
